> 1. Our Approach
SignalBot is designed with privacy as a first principle. We believe that a trading signal platform does not need your personal data to function — so we don't collect any.
This policy explains what data we don't collect, how the site operates, and what minimal technical interactions occur when you visit signal-bot.ai.
> 2. What We Collect (Minimal)
> Broker reviews — when you submit a broker review, we store your rating, comment, name, and email (for verification only). Your email is never displayed publicly or shared.
> Review hash — a one-way hash of your IP + broker ID + date to prevent duplicate reviews. IP addresses are never stored in plain text.
All other interactions with SignalBot are anonymous. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
> 3. What We Don't Collect
> No tracking cookies — we do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking.
> No advertising cookies — we don't run ads and don't have ad networks on the site.
> No user accounts — there is no login, registration, or persistent user profile system.
> No behavioral profiling — we don't track which pages you visit, how long you stay, or what you click.
> No third-party scripts — every script that runs in your browser is our own, served from our domain.
> 4. Technical Operations
While we don't collect personal data, some technical interactions are inherent to how the internet works:
> Vercel Hosting — our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may log standard HTTP access data (IP address, request path, user agent) at the infrastructure level for security and performance monitoring. This is standard for any hosted website. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
> RSS News Feeds — news headlines are fetched server-side from CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, Yahoo Finance, MarketWatch, and ForexLive (InvestingLive). Your browser never connects directly to these services.
> DNS & CDN — your DNS provider and Vercel's CDN may process your IP address as part of routing your request to the nearest edge server. We do not receive or store this data.
> Dynamic SSR — SignalBot uses server-side rendering to deliver real-time signals. Pages are generated on request with fresh market data. No user-specific content is rendered or tracked.
> 5. Market Data Sources
Trading signals are computed from publicly available market data:
> All prices: Massive API (multi-exchange aggregated data)
> News headlines: CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, Yahoo Finance, MarketWatch, ForexLive
These data sources may have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns.
> 6. Future Features
If we introduce features that require data collection (such as community reviews or broker ratings), this privacy policy will be updated with at least 30 days' notice before the feature launches. Any data collection will be opt-in, minimal, and transparently documented here.
> 7. Third-Party Links
The Service contains links to external websites — news articles, broker websites, data sources, and other resources. SignalBot is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
> 8. Children's Privacy
SignalBot is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
> 9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
